WUMS – APDA Corporate members:

Membership into the WUMS chapter of the APDA can be attained through your employer, or you can become a member as an individual, if you meet the criteria identified in the APDA’s by-laws.

For the purpose of encouraging and promoting the formulation and attainment of
higher professional standards among System Operators (Load Dispatchers and Power
Dispatchers), and for the purpose of facilitating the interchange of ideas and
information, as well as for the development of a spirit of fellowship among us

Regular membership is open to current and former dispatchers, power system
operations coordinators, etc. Associate membership is open to everyone else
who shares a common interest in the association. Annual membership dues are
$21.00.
